If any products are wrong or faulty we will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (unless you have acquired the products for the purposes of a business in which case the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act and sections 9, 12A and 13 of the Fair Trading Act are excluded).
We will replace wrong or faulty products (subject to availability) at no additional cost to you or refund the price paid by you (including shipping costs paid to us) which will be credited against your original method of payment subject to you returning the wrong or faulty products to us at your expense in original condition. Please note that any evidence of misuse or product tampering may prevent us from accepting return of the products.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns because you have changed your mind about your purchase.

All prices are in NZ dollars. Our prices are quoted inclusive of GST but exclusive of any applicable freight charges.
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made within 48 hours. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit. However, please notify us immediately with details of any claim and we will do all we can to rectify any situations that may arise. We recommend paying the extra cost for a signature courier. Please contact us to organise this for you before placing your order.

We respect your knowledge and judgement. Unless you ask for advice, we will assume you know what you want and ship the exact products you bought. If you are unsure of anything, we are more than happy to answer your questions about our products and choose the right products based on your needs and budget.Oceania Medical reserves the right to: (a) correct any error, inaccuracy or omission at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person; (b) change at any time the products and services advertised or made available for sale on the Website, the prices, fees, charges and specifications of such products and services, any promotional offers and any other Website content without any notice or liability to you or any other person; (c) reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order, including accepted orders for any reason; and (d) limit quantities available for sale or sold.
Our stock is updated several times per day, but from time to time there can be errors due to incorrect stocktake counts, etc. Please note an online order which is showing stock at the time may be incorrect. If this is the case we will contact you.
